Thinking about making this next week...

This Southewestern Black Bean Salad looks pretty darn delicious, but I definitely need to add some chicken and salad to eat in order to be even close to something I feel is filling and worthy of me eating. I have most of the ingredients here...Hmmm....May be on the menu for sometime next week!
