Southwestern Black Bean Salad: SUCCESS!!!!

So remember the recipe I said I was going to be making later this week (Recipe)?! Well...I made it today, and it was absolutely DELISH! It was light, and very flavorful! of course, I didn't feel comfortable only eating a whole bunch of vegetables, so I added some chicken to it and BAM! It just made it come together for me. Hubby ate it up to, so that's always a good sign!
