Made my first omelet on Yesterday!!!

Yes! I did it! I have made tons and tons of scrambled eggs in my lifetime, but never have I attempted the omelet! I prefer to eat it; either from my hubby making it, or from one of my favorite restaurants, Keke's! But yesterday morning, I decided to treat my hubs to an omelet! I diced up all of my vegetables and meat, and then got the eggs ready. I wish we had a a set nonstick pan because at least then the omelet wouldn't look so doggone huge! Nevertheless, the omelet was delicious and filling!
